Norstar offers a comprehensive suite of messaging products and applications that address the communication needs of small to mid-size businesses, from under 10 to as many as 1,000 employees. Applications include voicemail, desktop messaging, fax messaging, and digital networking. Each solution is fully integrated with Norstar business communications systems and telephones and takes full advantage of Norstar's digital technology.

• The CallPilot 100 for Norstar delivers scalable sophisticated messaging options to growing small- and medium-sized businesses, with 10 to 40 users, that require advanced applications.

• Norstar CallPilot 150 delivers scalable advanced messaging to growing small- and mid-sized businesses. Business sites with 32-300 users receive Voice Mail, with advanced applications and Basic Call Center. CallPilot is supported on the Norstar Compact and Modular Integrated Communications Systems 4.1 or higher, as well as all Norstar Telephones and Business Series Terminals.

• Designed for growing businesses, the Norstar Compact Integrated Communications System (CICS) offers from 4 to 8 lines and 8 to 24 telephone extensions. It supports all Norstar and Business Series telephones, including fully featured digital functions with LCD and soft keys. Easily add Norstar applications, such as voice mail, automated attendant, computer telephony integration (CTI), and automatic call distribution (ACD).

• The Norstar Modular Integrated Communications System (MICS) is a key system designed for growing small-to-medium businesses and is expandable up to 248 ports. Advanced integrated applications include voice messaging, unified messaging, digital networking, and enhanced call centers. The Modular ICS can grow with your business through the addition of trunk and station modules, as you need them.

• Norstar Voice Mail provides advanced voice processing and auto attendant features integrated with the Norstar telephone systems and provides language support for English, Spanish, and French. The simplicity of telephone display prompting and activation through soft keys on the telephone is extended to the voice messaging application. The Norstar Applications Module (NAM) can be expanded to 32 channels to provide support for other applications like ACD and IVR, with a maximum of 16 channels for Norstar Voice Mail.
• The system supports up to 1000 mailboxes and standard message storage time on Release 4.0 systems is 100 hours.

• Norstar StarTalk provides 110 or 165 minutes of storage and can support up to 25 users. It provides one port and has the ability to upgrade to Model B.
• *The Model A comes with a RJ11 connector.

• This Norstar Flash 2 Voice Mail is a fully integrated voice messaging and automated attendant system designed to function as a complementary extension of the Norstar. The Norstar Flash Voice Mail 2 has 24 voice mailboxes, two voice channels and 90 minutes of storage.
• The system has two greeting tables, two custom call routing trees, two levels of custom call routing, a Message Interrupt feature as well as CLID/ANI features when the Norstar system is equipped with CLASS services. Flash Voice Mail is compatible with DR5 systems (3x8, Compact and Modular ICS Release 1 systems). The Flash Voice Mail 2 can be upgraded for additional capacity. The system includes: the Flash Model Voice Mail 2, Feature Cartridge, power supply and documentation.
